IPVC 2024 Travel Grants & Awards

We are pleased to have a number of travel and registration grants, scholarships and awards available for participants and presenters at IPVC 2024.

Travel/Registration Grants for Early Career Researchers from Low and Lower-Middle-Income Countries Sponsored by donations	Early Career Researcher* Work address in an LLMIC Country, as per (World Bank Classification) Accepted abstract presenter No membership requirement	Priority will be given to abstract presenters and highest rated abstracts	Waived registration or Waived registration, hotel and Travel Allowance The level of funding and the number of recipients is dependent on the amount of donations received. Early Career Researcher Oral Presentation Awards	Early Career Researcher* First author and presenter on Abstract presenter selected for oral presentation No membership requirement	6 Awards 2 per track Only top scored abstracts considered	1-Year IPVS Membership Award Plaque	Via abstract submission form
IPVS Founders Travel Award in Memoriam of Gérard Orth and Wim Quint	Early Career Researcher* Accepted abstract presenter IPVS Member	3 Awards – each awardee from different country 1 per track Only top scored abstracts considered	Waived registration 2 nights’ hotel Travel Allowance	Via abstract submission form
IPVS Early Career Recognition Award	Early Career Researcher* To have published at least 3 publications on papillomavirus in peer-reviewed journals. Travel Grants for Abstract Presenters (from specific European countries)	Accepted abstract presenter Open to presenters from specific European countries list. *See Below	Priority will be given to presenters accepted for oral communication and from European countries with lowest GNI per capita	Waived Registration Up to 250 GBP for travel 4 nights’ hotel	Via abstract submission form
Travel Grants for Indigenous Early Career Researchers	Early Career Researcher* Accepted abstract presenter. (N. America) USA or Canada	Priority will be given to Presenters accepted for oral communication and highest rated abstracts	Waived Registration Up to 1100 GBP for travel 4 nights’ hotel	Via abstract submission form

*Early Career Researchers are considered those who have completed their clinical training or PhD in the last 10 years.
