IPVS 2025 Travel Grants & Awards

We are pleased to have a number of travel and registration grants, scholarships, and awards available for participants and presenters at IPVS 2025.  

Details on awards, criteria, and how to apply may be found below.   

Application Deadline for IPVS Travel Scholarship: 26 March 2025

Award Notifications for IPVS Travel Scholarships will be sent by early May 2025.
Award Notifications for the rest of the grants and awards will be sent by mid-July 2025.

Grants / Awards Eligibility Criteria Selection Details Award How to Apply?
IPVS Travel Scholarships for Low and Lower-Middle-Income Countries (LLMIC)

Supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

  • Healthcare or allied health professional, or research scientist with an interest in the field of papillomaviruses or papillomavirus-related diseases
  • Reside* in a low- or lower-middle income country, as per the World Bank country classification.
    *Reside is defined as living at least 50% of the year in the specified country.
  • No membership requirement
  • 40-45 grants are available
  • Selection based on eligibility criteria
  • Free registration
  • Flight reimbursement up to a certain entitlement per region
  • 5-night accommodation on a single room basis in Bangkok (booked by organizers)
  • Meal allowance of USD200 (in total for the duration of the conference)
  • IPVS membership for the year 2026
